I really hate the idea of having the dealer drill two holes into the face of the front bumper to mount the license plate holder so I purchased a "Show N Go" license plate mount via Amazon and took it to the dealer and put it up under the left side of the bumper of his inventory model SRT8. It has enough space, though it may need some shim washers because the underside is angled. Or I can just let the plate be at an 87 or so degree angle forward instead of 90 degrees straight up.
I don't know what is under bottom the urethane bumper cover to drill into. I am hoping someone on the forum has used this mount with success or knows if the passenger side of the underside of front bumper will allow the screws to be secured in that area to mount the plate holder.
