Easy, there are two torx screw on the sides of the plate filler. Feel them out, it's located on the bottom left and bottom right side of the plate filler. Then either from the top or bottom, pull the plate filler away as there are hooks that attaches itself to the grill. That's it. Once you feel around it, you'll know how to get it off.
