Thank you for all the tips. I do have the plastic cover that goes over license plates so that will help a little.
Upon looking on the internet I found that I could try ScotchGuard or this Kiwi Camp Dry. It is available at Sears for around $8.55 - thinking of trying it so will need to call Sears tomorrow and maybe pick some up.

Your thoughts?????? Think it would work???? (also sold at Target, Walmart, Ace, True Value, Sports Authority and a few others.... should be easy to find)
