I believe it does show up on your driver abstract, because I have had a bunch of those and it is on mine. But you are correct with how much it cost, and if you have a gold card and the cop gives you a ticket he should be slapped! lol I never had a gold card, and anytime I showed my PBA card, I didn't get a ticket.
